Natalie Pond, ND

Dr. Natalie, ND grew up in a household that had a strong belief in healing through nature.
Her mother was a proponent of Chinese Medicine and her father was reading natural health
books and listening to alternative health podcasts. She recognized that good health could be
possible when strong foundations are created.

After seeing a Naturopathic Doctor for the first time, she became intrigued about medicine in a
holistic view. Naturopathy looks at a person’s well-being from the perspective of integrating
mind, body and spirit as pillars of health. She incorporates these vital aspects to tailor
personalized, balanced and sustainable treatments, while aspiring to empower and educate
patients to transform their health.

Dr. Natalie, ND graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and
completed her clinical internships at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Medicine and at the
Sherbourne Health Centre seeing HIV patients. She also completed an internship in China at
the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine to strengthen her Chinese Medicine and
acupuncture knowledge.

Dr. Natalie, ND is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and
has completed CONO’s Prescribing Standard of Practice. With this she is able to prescribe
bio-identical estrogen, progesterone and natural desiccated thyroid hormone to name a few.
Outside of being a doctor, Dr. Natalie, ND adores traveling and art. She used to swim
competitively as a teen and would consider being in the water her happy place.
